About Us

We were born as a company who seek out for fulfilling basic needs of the people with the one-layer-above the standards of services. Aras is Indonesian word for cedar, a type of huge tree which grow in mountainous area in Himalayan and Mediterranean, is a long-lasting and multi-purpose plant which always provide a space of convenience for any creatures beneath it - that's where our name and philosophy derived from.

We started with a Co-Living (kost) for white-collars as our first project in Bendungan Hilir area, Central Jakarta. We tested the market and business ecosystem by providing an affordable lodge with 3-stars hotel services concept - and we gained a great starting point for this business model by achieving more than 90% occupancy in 2020, during COVID-19 pandemic period.

In 2021, we expanded to another hot spot location in Kelapa Gading area which offer a very exclusive concept, layout and services.

We are looking for more expansion and partnership in the years to come to go together to provide a higher living standards for the professionals!
